Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to PR Pilot, operated by Arcane Engineering LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using PR Pilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
PR Pilot is a virtual agent designed to assist software developers by interacting with code repositories, chat platforms, and ticketing systems. Leveraging Large Language Models (LLM), PR Pilot autonomously performs tasks based on user prompts. Developers can engage with PR Pilot via the terminal, directly within the code, or through the REST API.
3. Account Management
Login/Sign Up: Access to PR Pilot is exclusively through "Login via GitHub." We do not store any personal information, including email addresses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activities that may harm the Service or other users.
4. Ownership of Content
User-Generated Content: Any code or content generated by users through PR Pilot is owned by the user. The Company does not claim ownership over such content.
Prohibited Use: Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, reselling, or misusing the Service in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Processing: Payments for the Service are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with Stripe's payment terms.
No Refunds: All payments made are final. We do not offer refunds or trials for any of our Service tiers.
6. Support and Availability
Support: We offer support via email and ticketing through GitHub issues and discussions. There are no Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for support at this time.
Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Usage at Own Risk: PR Pilot is provided "as is" and "as available." You acknowledge that the Service may produce incorrect or incomplete results. The Company shall not be liable for any data loss, inaccuracies, or any other issues arising from the use of the Service.
No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
